Can I track and trace my order?

We will keep you updated by e-mail with detailed tracking info. Unfortunately it is not possible to follow your order if it has been sent by regular mail.

What will happen to my order if I am not at my office or my home to receive it?

Your bags will be sent by parcel post, your bags will be delivered to the neighbours office or it will be redelivered the following working day. In both cases you will be informed with a note in your letter box.

Can I have the bags delivered to another address?

All our orders can be sent to any specified address. This can also be done in the second step when ordering: Fill out details. Here you can choose to enter another delivery address and even a different country for delivery.

Invoice

After we have dispatched the bags, will will send you the invoice of the order by e-mail. For orders received by 12 am, you’ll receive the invoice the same day since the bags will be dispatched the same day, except for weekends. Do check your spam/junk mail folder to make sure the email has not been sent there.

Payment methods

Orders from Organzabagswholesale.co.uk can be paid for in different ways, both directly and indirectly. The difference is that with a direct payment the bags are sent immediately. With an indirect payment, the bags are sent only once the payment has been received.

We use a flate rate of £ 5.95 on all orders on our website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you place your order with us before 12am, we will start processing it on the same day. Delivery generally takes 3 – 5 working days if the delivery address is in mainland Great Britain. Certain more remote areas may require additional delivery time.

How can you order the bags from our website?
Find a bag and follow the steps indicated to order the bags. Once you have gone through all the steps, your bagst will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. After entering your personal details including the correct delivery address and date, you will reach the payment screen. Here you can select a payment method and complete the transaction.
